Amira Francis is a queer screenwriter, director, and producer based in Los Angeles with nationally-aired commercials.
She's worked in the film industry since 2017, starting out as personal assistant & producer for director Erik Anders Lang, who years ago was assistant to photographer David LaChapelle. She worked in film production for years afterwards, making movie magic alongside known names such as Michael Bay, Ryan Reynolds, Alicia Keys, RuPaul, and many more, for a variety of industry players (e.g. Paramount Studios, Anonymous Content, Bay Films, NBC).

After Covid hit, Amira started to focus on her creative career, watching hundreds of festival short films (from Austin Film Festival to Tribeca Film Festival, Sundance, Slamdance, Raindance, etc.) and releasing her first own short film, "Question What You Know". She built technical skillsets - video editing, color grading, VFX - which you can employ her for, and ran operations for a boutique talent agency for four years in Sherman Oaks, CA; The Stander Group, Inc.
