• Coordinated all facets of production -- including casting, location scouting, set design, and costume design -- for 10 commercials and three episodes of a web series

  • Generated ideas for costuming and set design, researched how to implement, coordinated setup

  • Communicated effectively with key personnel to rent camera equipment, props, moving vehicles, and shoot location

  • Wrote sides, posted casting calls, reviewed audition tapes, interviewed, and selected cast and crew for production

  • Booked hotels, flights, and rental cars throughout Australia, Iceland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Hawaii, New York, and Michigan

  • Worked exclusively with his PR organization to set up interviews with media opportunities

  • Oversaw house and office inventory, anticipating stock needs and ordering supplies

  • Drafted invoices and pitches for major clients such as Vice Golf and Skratch

The Stander Group is a boutique talent agency that produces & sells live theatre shows with stars such as Sophia Loren and Barbara Eden as well as Reality TV celebrities from “American Idol,” “Dancing with the Stars,” and Bravo’s “Real Housewives.”

• Increased revenue by roughly $1 million (annually) by almost doubling the amount of theatre show bookings over 3 years, from 2019 to 2022 (from 47 shows to 89)

• Devised & implemented systems of efficiency, including; hiring 8+ assistants, delegating work based on talent, creating rubrics and instruction workbooks, and designing workflow

• Pivoted when certain strategies to sell shows didn’t seem to be working; identified the issues & formulated new plans of attack

• Worked regularly with high-caliber industry players such as Bay Films, Paramount Studios, Anonymous Content, & NBC on projects such as the film “Six Underground”, an Alicia Keys music video, Apple commercials, Uber commercials, etc. (separate PA resume)

• Interfaced between A-list celebrities, executives, directors, producers, and crews of 30+ on-set and off-set to ensure production schedule operated on time and without complications

• Coffee runs, locking up sets, echoing rolls & cuts, solving problems (creatively, at times), anticipating needs, dispersing call sheets (and other paperwork). Versed in set etiquette & trained in walkie
